This project determines a viable business and marketing plan for a pop-up tour experience for the brand Dollskill. This report will focus on the various elements that go into making a memorable experience for the consumer that in return is actionable for Dollskill. The proposal includes an overall business plan for the pop-up, merchandising, and buying plan as well as an estimated budget and mock advertisement promoting the pop-up. Measured by Dollskill’s increase in new customers, buzz on social media, and amount of sold-out merchandise.
